I can't remember exactly what happened, but Blair gets really annoyed with Jim after an incident with his senses or an injury. They are in the loft. He tells Jim to take a shower, then makes him eat dinner, then tells him to go to sleep. On his way up the stairs, Jim finally realizes Blair is ordering him around and starts to say something. So there are a lot of fic's out there that say the senses make jim enjoy sex more, or better at it. How about the reverse?  He zones out on little details, he's grossed out by something that he focuses on, he can't dial it down so sex is painful becuase he is sensitized? How does he deal with it?
